The Local Development Corporation started Watertown Block parties in 2017. Block parties originated in an effort to bring people to the downtown area and promote small business. Unfortunately, parties in 2020 and 2021 were canceled due to the pandemic. The event finally returned to Public Square in 2022. FLYBy was able to capture the events through aerial photography, still photography, as well as videography.
